• Clusters genes in uploaded CSV and divides the file into the clusters.
• Make a list of cluster pairs in the order of distances between each two.

Usage

How to use this site is described in our description site. Simple steps are as follows:

1. Prepare your CSV file.
2. Upload it to the system.
3. Specify analysis parameters.
4. Click "Analyze" button and wait.
5. Download generated cluster files, list of pairs and image files.
